Introduction to the Samurai Arts

Shin Wa Kan Dojo is hosting a fabulous March Break Camp for kids (and adults!).

Introduction to the Samurai Arts is being held March 16th to 20th, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily

Suitable for adults and children ages 7+

Cost: $175/student, 10% off for multiple registrations. All materials supplied. Participants please bring your own lunch.

The program will be a mixture of martial techniques and a hands-on exploration of traditional Japanese art forms including:

• Kenjutsu
• Iaijutsu
• Jojutsu
• Self Defense
• Breathing Techniques
• Stability and Co-ordination Training
• Calligraphy
• Sumi-e
• Origami
• Haiku
  

The program will finish up on Friday afternoon with an age-appropriate movie.
